It’s a new year! New possibilities! New numbers to track!  The real estate market steadily improved on all fronts in 2014.  With the start of 2015 we are off to another great start!  There has never been a better time to invest in our ever growing Alabama Gulf Coast.  Condo and home prices are steadily back on the rise, foreclosures are down significantly from previous years (with very little to be found)!  Not to mention the tourists that are investing in our market in droves! Another record breaking travel and tourism year for our area means more dollars in your pocket when you purchase and rent your gulf coast condo!  (Watch for my upcoming post detailing our 2014 travel and tourism numbers!)

Below are the January 2015 sales numbers for both condos and single family homes in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key and Fort Morgan. It also includes: Average sales prices, average days on the market, as well as the number of units that are actively for sale and under contract.
